These terms cover your use of the SkyTrackr app. By using SkyTrackr, you agree to them.
SkyTrackr is a travel companion app: live flight tracking, weather, currency conversion, an AI travel assistant, flight/hotel search, and a secure document vault. It's built and maintained by an independent developer, not a registered company.
SkyTrackr does not sell flights, hotels, or any travel product directly, and never collects your payment card details for a booking. When you tap "Book," you're taken to a real third-party site (like Aviasales) to complete the purchase, through an affiliate link. That site's own terms and privacy policy apply to your booking, payment, and any dispute about it — SkyTrackr is not a party to that transaction.
Optional paid plans (Basic, Ultimate) unlock extra usage and features. Payments are handled entirely by Apple/Google and RevenueCat under their own terms — refunds, billing disputes, and cancellations go through them, not us directly.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.
Flight status, prices, and weather data come from third-party providers and are shown as a convenience — always verify critical details (like flight status or final booking price) directly with the airline or booking site before relying on them, especially the "offline estimated position" shown when live tracking data isn't available, which is a calculated estimate, not a live GPS reading.
SkyTrackr is provided "as is," built and maintained by one person. We do our best to keep it accurate and working, but we can't guarantee it will always be error-free or available.
These terms may be updated as the app changes. Continuing to use SkyTrackr after an update means you accept the revised terms.
